Aby Thomas, a multi-faceted Company Secretary who has worked across numerous firms and is well acquainted with responsibilities as a CS in numerous statutes, compliance, and procedural aspects.
She has also proved her finesse by providing professional opinions to clients in various sectors and has a handful of experience in liaisoning with offices under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Regional offices of RBI, Authorised Dealer banks, Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), etc. She has a remarkable skill set which comprises various statutes such as the Companies Act 2013, Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008, FEMA 1999, Karnataka Stamp Act 1957, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act 2010, Indian Partnership Act 1932, POSH Act 2013, The Indian Trusts Act, 1882.

As a qualified Company Secretary and a Bachelor of Commerce graduate, Haritha Babu has occupied various roles such as Compliance officer and in-house Company Secretary with large Companies. She also worked as Secretarial Executive across various small and large-scale companies. She also works with various firms and handled a multitude of diverse assignments which include handling RBI compliances, trademark registrations, XBRL return filings, secretarial audit compliances, and so on. With over 7 years of experience, she is a go-to person for any queries related to secretarial compliances.
She is dogmatic and provides an eye for details on the matters that come before her. She has exposure in dealing with Nidhi Companies, NBFCs, Listed Entities, etc, and has wide knowledge and experience in respective fields. She owns a handful of experience in dealing with clients across various industries.

As a talented and ambitious lawyer who holds a vast wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of providing essential advice to the clients, Seethal is a legal consultant in employment laws about women’s rights, disciplinary and discrimination issues, and prevention of sexual harassment (POSH) of women/men at the workplace. With expertise in conducting domestic inquiries and internal investigations, she is presently on the Internal Complaints Committee of multiple companies. In addition to legal consultancy and litigation services on workplace sexual harassment and being an external member of internal complaints committees, she also is experienced in drafting/vetting legal documents, contracts, and agreements
